We collect information to provide full application functionality. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the features you use and includes:

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information (your name and phone number) that you voluntarily give to us when registering in Application. If you make an order via the Application, please be advised that phone number and name will be visible to staff members of a selected restaurant that uses this Application as service.

Phone numbers are only used for logging in and registration.

We never send promotional texts or any other marketing content. We only send a one-time confirmation code during logging in and registration.

The user name is used to identify a person by name when picking up an order from the restaurant.

Technical Basics

Our server software may also store basic technical information in temporary memory, or logs.

Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your order status. If you enable notifications, we must store a token to send them. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings. We never use notifications for marketing.

Information usage

We use the information we collect to operate our app. We may contact you about your account or order and provide customer service support, including responding to your comments and questions. We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish the Application`s functionality. We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.

We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app requires HTTPS.

You may access your information from the Application's Profile page. To change or delete information please contact us. We may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.

By using Application and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
